I had recently won a voucher for the Nail Escape at my bosses 40th birthday fundraiser for Rowcroft. But as I work in the same industry as Tara she refuses to do my nails which is really disappointing as I cannot understand why she wouldn't want to do so .. I would never dream of not honouring a gift voucher just because someone does the same job as me! I have been trying to book my nails with her for 6 months ! I had originally booked into have my nails done for my holiday but she cancelled me 45 minutes before I was due for my appointment. Then a couple of weeks later she was unable to do my nails because she has developed a allergy to acrylics which was fine because I told her iI didn' mind having gel.. then just never replied to me.. so a few weeks go by and I ask again. If she has any appointments, then she tells me she is unable to take on any new clients until the new year but would honour my vouchers expiry date ... So new year approaching and I have just asked if she can fit me in to do my nails .. now she tells me.. due to my current employement role she's unable to do my nails.. this leaves me very disappointed, upset and discriminated against As shes being selective of clientele based on their career choice! She has consistently lied to me making up all the above mentioned excuses!!! Her last message to me was that she would refund me for the voucher so I can donate the money back to Rowcroft but it would appear she's blocked me at the same time!!! Bizarre and disgusting customer service in my opinion!!!To your response:I have contacted you several times via messenger which is a service you offer to make appointments. However I have walked the 'Few steps' to your work and unfortunately you haven't been there. Although my employment is in Brixham i don't live in Brixham .. and like you I am busy at work most of the time. You had plenty of opportunities to tell me you didn't want to do my nails because of my current employment. Instead chose to make excuses when you could of just said from the start you didn't feel comfortable doing my nails. I have visited other salons and spas previously and have never been refused treatment on the grounds of my profession ! Is this not discrimination ?
My nails look amazing, I cannot recommend highly enough!! Such a lovely nail salon.
Great salon! Tara is very talented, professional, incredibly helpful and accommodating. My nails always look amazing and more importantly last for weeks on end! Wouldnt go anywhere else.
Definitely the best nail salon I have been to!! Would recommend to everyone. I have had my nails done here multiple times and she has never disappointed me!x
