I have phoned 3 times over the past two weeks asking for them to call me back because the person I needed to speak with was either on a call or with a customer each time i phoned them. Each time the person answering the phone said they'd pass a message for the person to phone back. I'm still waiting for their call back.
I went here to buy a van, left my details, did not return calls to messages or email, purchased a vehicle from another dealer. If this is their commitment when trying to purchase a vehicle, imagine their lack of response if/when problems arise.
They have been great with me, helped me with my Fiat Ducatto when my supplier went out of business. Nothing but praise for these guys.
