If i could add minus stars i would!! this surgery and specifically the dentist i have been seeing is a complete waste of time and money!!! The most recent one: he allowed 2.5 minutes to my treatment! this to fix a filling that he messed up! Later he stated I did not have time to be there!!! Unfortunately this was the third time that this happened: he had various attempts on a filling, which then i ended up paying privately to complete (his fillings last less than 2 days!). Complete lack of interest, never mind professionalism. Im in serious doubt the he is a dentist at all. Unacceptable!!!!
Have had nothing but trouble with my teeth all my life so I am very familiar with dentist procedures and have been to so many .Went here to have a partial denture made. Couldn't get in on the NHS so went with Bupa plan instead. I HATE the dentist yet everytime I've came out of this place I've felt like I could go straight back in again if I needed .they've been so good to me and everybody from reception to dentists have carried out their jobs with perfect proffessionalism. My dentures were effectively created made and fitted in two appointments, just 4 days apart .amazing service and they answered all of my questions confidently. Will go back anytime I have to .
