Primrose having been renting out our bungalow in Brixham since 2011. We are based in the Midlands, so we are unable to easily sort out the normal small problems ourselves. Primrose provides a full service, notifying us of any issues and suggesting, obtaining quotes, and engaging local tradesmen etc. Our tenant is a woman living on her own, so its very important she has confidence in the local agency, as first port of call for required works etc. Primrose provide all of this, and regular inspections with photos, which is especially helpful to us operating at a distance. Monthly accounts, billing and paperwork flow near seamlessly.They are always friendly and helpful, exactly what we need of them!
