Just got off the phone to this vets and they were rude to my friend and I and put the phone down on my friend who is a very polite and softly spoken person. When I rang the Paignton branch to complain, they put the phone down on me too. We were not abusive in any way and the unprofessional way we were treated was totally unacceptable. Clearly this vets has no respect for the fact that we have animals who need medical attention and medications and all they care about is that their hoity-toity and somewhat ratty receptionists were somehow offended
